So rather than paying commercial providers for training, you could spend your money with us and see it used to support disabled people.
Who should be interested?
Unlike many providers, we can tailor our training for you or your organisation. We can provide training for:
- Lawyers starting to practise employment law who require a full training package
- Specialists who wish to focus on particular areas, such as disability discrimination
- Any lawyer interested in our specialist pro-bono programme (see below)
- Human resource or other professionals for whom an understanding of employment and discrimination law is important.
Pushed for time? Not a problem
In addition to ensuring that our training meets your needs we offer the possibility of studying online for part of our courses, with attendance at sessions designed to put the law into practice.
Learn how the law really works
We view bringing the law to life as a key part of the educational process. Our courses include interactive case studies, one to one tutorials and a full mock tribunal. Our hugely experienced practitioners will give those taking our courses practical insight into how the law works in the real world.
More DetailsContribute with what you learn – join our specialist pro-bono programme
Once trained by us, lawyers are eligible to put their skills into practice by joining our specialist volunteer programme.
Working under the supervision of one of the members of our employment and discrimination team, volunteers will be able to engage directly with clients, prepare advice, represent clients at tribunals and, most importantly, experience the joy of making a real difference to someone’s life.
